What do you want people to know? Triathlons are really fun! They make you stronger and healthier, and that I like training with my team.
Through the years that Hayden has trained with us, it has been inspiring to see how much he has learned to focus on a goal and work towards it. He often is practicing with kids a couple of years older than him and has pushed himself to be competitive with them, while still having fun. This past year he set some goals for himself and really had to push to make it happen. Congrats Hayden, on a great season, and I can't wait to see what the next several have in store!!!
